Paula is the Director of Admissions for the full time MBA and Masters in Management at IESE Business School in Barcelona. Her story with the school started in 2014 when she went from Rio de Janeiro to Barcelona to start her MBA at IESE. The transformational experience she went through made her decide to pursue a career in education and for four years, she was responsible for Admissions in LatAm. In 2020, she stepped up as the director of the department and now leads a team of 20 people spread around 10 cities across the world, practicing the humanistic leadership IESE emphasizes so much.
Already very involved in the Women in Business School Club of IESE, Paula joined PWN Barcelona in April 2021 to expand her contribution to women empowerment.
